How do I obtain a username and a password?
You must have your own ODO Academy eLearning Account. Your account will be created when you register for your first course.
When can I take my course?
All courses are on-demand and self paced. This means that your course is available when you are 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. There are no time limits and you may access the course as many times as you like for 12 months from the date of enrolment.
Is there an assessment and will I receive a Certificate?
Yes. All ODO Academy courses have an integrated online assessment. You must successfully complete the assessment to receive an ODO Certificate of Completion. You can download and print your certificate from your ODO Academy eLearning Account.
When is my enrolment activated?
All enrolment fees are payable in advance. Enrolments are activated upon receipt of payment.
Do I need to purchase any special hardware or software to access my course?
No. All ODO Academy courses can be accessed via a web browser from any internet connected personal computer. Your browser will need the Adobe Flash Player Plug-in which is available free on the internet.
How do I register for a course?
Simply select a course from the online Course Catalogue and use the shopping cart to pay the enrolment fee with your credit card.
Your enrolment will be activated and you will receive an email confirmation containing your username and password within 24 hours.

If your company has an Account with the Online Learning Centre you must contact your manager or local eLearning Administrator to request a course.
If your company does not have an Account, contact firstname.lastname@example.org
and we will create an Account when your Company enrols its first group of participants.
